Monday Morning Music is whatever tune I've got in my head when I wake up.

 James is a British rock band from Manchester, England. They formed in 1982 and were active throughout the 1980s, but most successful during the 1990s.

It usually takes me back to the good ol' days of the Trasheteria, but it's tough not to think about the "American Pie" series.
